Oracle Virtual box extensions add several additional features to virtual box that help a system admin preform more efficiently. The one that I like the most is headless management vrdp. This allows you to run a virtual box without bringing up the graphical interface, and then allows you to use Remote Desktop to access the graphical interface.
Download Extensions from the virtual box website.

Make sure you get the same version extensions as the version of virtual box you are running currently 4.3.26 is the latest.
Double click the extensions to start the installer
Choose Install
Scroll through the license agreement to get the license to allow you to accept.
You Should get a the extension pack installation was successful message
Click Ok
Your all set to start using the extensions.
